Delivery and Return Policy

Thailandkart has some clean and legal policies reserved for delivery and return. This is to ensure that there is no miscommunication or inconvenience in regard to its services.

Policy for Order Return

If anyone buys any appropriate product in undamaged condition from Thailandkart, it would not be subject to refund. To be precise, no request for refund will be accepted or no money will be refunded to the customer.

If anyone buys an appropriate product in damaged condition or that product has been shipped poorly or it contains a manufacturing defect, the customer then needs to call us and report.

One can also send us an email at info@thailandkart.com where the order number must be provided along with the product details.

Money refund request will only be accepted. Any damage caused to the product by the customer will neither be picked up for return nor refunded.

Order return requests will be accepted from all over Thailand and abroad.

Policy for Order Cancellation

If anyone purchases a product from Thailandkart and makes the payment, he/she can still request for cancelling the order.

For order cancellation, one must call at ____________ or email at info@Thailandkart.com within 2 working days from the date of payment.

In case one fails and exceeds this time period, no further request for order cancellation would be taken.

Requests for cancelling the order will be accepted from all over Thailand and abroad.

Order Cancellation Policy After Shipping

If the customer initiates a payment for an order made at Thailandkart, and thereafter he finds that the order has already been shipped, his/her request for order cancellation would be accepted.

For this:

·         The customer should first receive the product from the courier representative

·         After receiving the parcel, he needs to keep it safe with himself

·         Our representative will reach the customer’s address for picking up the product for return

 

The customer will have to pay the courier charges only

The rest of the amount will be refunded in 7 working days to the customer’s account.
